South Asian Youth Talent Showcase that was established in 2000 will now be carried on Pakistani Panjabi every year. The talented youth of the Canadian Pakistanis (6-18 years) will participate every year and broadcasted by Pakistani Panjabi. Through it’s 18-hour pay channel distributed by your cable and dish network. With kids at the centre of its approach, Pakistani Panjabi will provide respectful, non-violent, empowering platform for both boys and girls alike.

All this time the South Asian Radio & TV broadcasting has been operated by the people who are from the main stream India. Some Pakistanis have entered the field but their resources are limited. Thus a larger Indian population sector remained dominant.

But the rich Punjabi Pakistani culture has been overlooked. If there is ever any such cultural production, it has only remained as the side show of the main stream Indian heritage. All the present channels are mainly serving the South Asian Continent and the Punjabi, especially the Pakistani Punjabi turns out to be a very small part of their whole program. This sector of Punjabi culture and heritage is not catered by any existing channel and Asian Zone TV will fulfill this promise through its 18-hrs./ day channel namely Pakistani Panjabi.
